- 2 d. Lavender oil
- 2 d. Fennel oil: in cold water.
Wring out a cloth in the water and apply as a cold compress to affected area.
Additional blends for bruises:
- 13ml Arnica infused oil
- 5 drops Fennel oil
- 3 drops Marjoram oil
Shake slowly to blend. Massage gently into bruised areas twice daily. Do not use on broken skin.
