It’s a common complaint among those looking to lose a few extra kilos around their bellies: “I do 100 sit-ups every day and I still haven’t lost weight.” What many people forget is that abdominal exercises like sit-ups and those crazy devices advertised on late night infomercials only strengthen the abdominal core. This is good because a strong core can definitely help you improve your posture, breathing, balance, gait and many other health benefits… except weight loss.Doing an infinite amount of sit-ups still won’t give you that ‘six-pack’ look.
