Why Starvation Diets Usually Fail

Even strength training is pointless when you are in starvation mode. Yes, you are building muscle. But at the same time your body is burning that same muscle.

As your muscles disappear, the metabolism drops. This is because the body is saving it’s energy to keep you alive longer. You may be working out 2 hours a day, every day, and not burning any fat!

Alternatively, consume that have a lot of nutrition and low calories. Consuming the correct foods is a wiser choice that not eating right, or enough, food each day.
