How?&#160; 75g a day of fiber from oatmeal, psyllim husks, chia seeds,
apples, pears, bananas, dried fruits, whole wheat bread and pasta,
Fiber1 cereal.&#160; Also, 4000g of total omega 3 from chia seeds (3000mg)
and from fish oil (1000mg).&#160; Took daily 2400mg of red rice yeast and
240mg of Coenzyme Q10.&#160; Cardio exercise 30 minutes three times a week.&#160;
Very few eggs, very little red meat.&#160;&#160; After 7 weeks, I continued with
the supplements and exercise but was less strict on my diet.&#160; Today
