Interesting you mention not to take alcohol though as a lot of people assume that it helps them sleep deeper. I think another thing people can do to help them sleep better is to just be active during the day so that they are more tired at night... or even to take a nap because during the middle of the day you can be so tired, taking a nap can be the best thing you can do for your body.
