Here’s a tonic for tired, sore, chapped, calloused feet. This cream may also be applied to insect bites, or other areas of the body that can tolerate the icy-hot sensation of peppermint.

* 12 drops roman or german chamomile essential oil

* 15 ml Hypericum (St. John’s Wort)
* 4 drops German Chamomile in Jojoba
* 2 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
* 2 drops Marjoram

Apply mixture to affected area as needed.

* 8 drops Frankincense or Myrrh
* 14 drops Lavender
* 3 drops Neroli

Combine essential oils 2 Fl. oz. (50 ML) of Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Sweet Almond Oil. Apply several drops to face and neck every evening before bed.

Blend #1 – Suited for Times When You Also Need to Be Energized

* 3 drops Grapefruit
* 2 drops Bergamot

Blend #2 – Suitable for Times When You Need To Be Relaxed and Calm

* 2 drops Clary Sage
* 2 drops Roman Chamomile
* 1 drop Vetiver

Blend #3

* 3 drops Sandalwood
* 2 drops Orange

Equal amounts applied over infected area 3 times daily:

* Tea Tree
* Lavender
* Thyme

Or…

Tea Tree – apply 1 neat drop over the infected area 3 times a day unitl it’s clear. Should take no more than 10 days.

After that, apply an oil composed of:

* 30 drops Tea Tree
* 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil.

Rub over the area daily for 7-10 days.
