* 1/2 part sassafras root bark
* 1/2 part sage leaf
* 1/2 part chamomile
* 1/4 part ginger root

Here’s a tonic for tired, sore, chapped, calloused feet. This cream may also be applied to insect bites, or other areas of the body that can tolerate the icy-hot sensation of peppermint.
