Stay Alert Spray
* Peppermint 6 drops
* Rosemary 4 drops
* Pine Needle 4 drops
* Clove 3 drops
* Pure water 2 fluid ounces (60ml)
Fill a 2-fluid ounce spray bottle with purified water, add the Essential oils. Tighten the cap, shake well, and spray the mist into the air.
For best results, mist over your head about 10 times, With every 2-3 sprays, stop & inhale deeply. Close your eyes to avoid eye irritation.
