My osteoporosis wasn&#039;t really showing signs of improvement and finally I decided to try yoga and tai chi about a year ago. I practice one or the other 3 times a week. I can say that my doctor was impressed at the improvement he saw after my bone density test.&#160; Thank you for such an informative article.
