  • Ylang-Ylang 5 drops
  • Sandalwood 5 drops
  • Grapefruit 5 drops
  • Massage Oil 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

As you prepare your bath, close the window and door to prevent the oil vapors from escaping. Fill the bathtub with warm/hot water.

To soften your skin and remove impurities, also dissolve 1 cup of epsom salts in the bath water. Then dilute the essential oils in the Massage Oil. Pour the blend into the water.

Swirl the water to disperse the oil evenly. Enter the bath immediately, since essential oils evaporate quickly. Relax and enjoy the bath for at least 30 minutes to help lift your mood and relax your mind.
