Is there any sort of cream that gets rid of stretch marks?

Theyre not from having a baby or anything I just gained weight and Im now in the process of losing it. If I got rid of these stretch marks it would make me want to be in a bathing suit more and would make me eat healtier in order to get ready for summer. So please tell me if you found anything for stretchmarks that gets rid of them

    A deep moisturizer such as Cocoa butter as mentioned is good but itll take time for the marks to fade.
