* 1/4 teaspoon course salt
* 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Get your dried, organic herbs, organic essential oils, bulk spices, loose leaf organic teas and aromatherapy supplies at the place where we shop – StarWest Botanicals!

Place the salt in a small vial (glass is best) with a tight lid and add oil. The salt will absorb the oil and provide a convenient way to carry the oil without danger of spilling it.

Open the vial and inhale deeply, as needed. This same technique can be used with any essential oil.

    Melissa,

    I would not use Eucalyptus on an infant of that age, however, there is a recipe for a lavender chest rub that is safe for babies. You can find it here: http://www.moms-blog.com/alternative-health-therapies/essential-oil-recipes/lavender-chest-rub/

    Also, here is info about a chest rub made especially for children and it simply rocks: http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/alternative-therapies/aromatherapy/respiratory-chest-rub-for-children/
