This makes about a 1-ounce bottle of tincture (you can use a 1-oz dropper as full as you can get it to measure the “units” or “parts”).

All of the herbs should already be in tincture form.

* 6 parts black cohosh root
* 10 parts Mullein Root
* 2 parts lobelia
* 6 parts Solomon’s Seal Root
* 10 parts St. John’s Wort
* 8 parts Kava Kava
* 12 parts Meadowsweet
