Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes
red bell pepper, diced
zucchini, diced
cup red onion, chopped
1 can (16oz) chili beans
1/2 lb lean ground beef
cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Sour cream and salsa to serve
Instructions:
Prick the baking potatoes and cook in the oven (or microwave) until tender.
In the meantime, cook the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the excess fat. Add the bell pepper, zucchini and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender and cooked through. Add the chili beans and stir until hot.
Cut off the top of the baked potatoes and spoon the chili/beef mixture into each potato. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately with sour cream and salsa and a generous helping of green vegetables.

If you have learned everything you need to from your dis-ease and you are ready, willing and able to move on in this lifetime to learn other lessons, then the dis-ease will be healed. If it&#8217;s your life path to experience this dis-ease and live within its constraints, then you will not be healed, although your symptoms may be lessened. Other times, we just aren&#8217;t ready to let go of the perks of being ill. The price we pay by being sick is enormous, but the return is too high to give up, so we stay sick.</p><p>It&#8217;s a part of being human &#8211; wanting attention. Just like children, if they can&#8217;t get positive attention, they will take negative attention. So they misbehave to get the attention they crave. Being sick works much the same way. If we aren&#8217;t getting attention from being healthy then some people choose subconsciously to get attention from illness.</p><p>If there&#8217;s a room full of people and someone comes in and is obviously not well, people go to check if they are okay and if there&#8217;s anything they can do for them. Children learn this tool very early in life, knowing if they say they aren&#8217;t feeling well then they can lay on the couch, sipping juice and watching their favorite movies with their Mom coming in every few minutes to see if they need anything, or she sits with them and strokes their hair etc. Often it feels good to be sick.</p><p>Other more debilitating dis-eases can work the same way. The attention from it can feed us in a way no other part of our lives do. Yes, the dis-ease keeps us from doing things but it also gives us so much attention, pity and &#8216;perks&#8217; we just can&#8217;t let it go. All forms of dis-ease can fall within this category from emotional to physical. This is not a judgement of who we are. Sometimes our dis-ease or dis-ability is a life lesson and simply cannot be healed in this lifetime. Other times, it may be a memory of a past life which we are still holding onto or perhaps, it&#8217;s merely a mirror of the dis-ease within our life. Whatever the cause, it&#8217;s important to discover the roots of our dis-ease if we want to heal this part of ourselves.</p><p>Dis-ease in our bodies often has a direct connection to the dis-ease in our life. For example: I am afraid to make changes in my life so I begin having difficulites with my feet (afraid to take the next step). I may need to talk to someone about a problem and because I have kept my silence, my throat is sore as my throat chakra responds to the limitations placed on it. If I&#8217;m attempting to control everything in my life, I may find my bowels are no longer &#8216;releasing&#8217; as they should be. Looking to our bodies and seeing the connection to our lives is a powerful tool in releasing dis-ease.</p><p>When we desire to make changes in our lives, it&#8217;s important to ask ourselves what we &#8216;get&#8217; from having our dis-ease and what we would need to give up by letting it go. Making a list of pros and cons is a good start, but I find writing a 5-page letter to our bodies sharing about our dis-ease works even better. By the second page your mind is opening up to possibilities it never thought of releasing to you. So much can be learned from this process.</p><p>Take 5 sheets of unlined paper and a pencil. Sit down where you can be undisturbed. Light a candle and set it near you. I suggest you don&#8217;t have music playing or any other distractions. Start writing a letter to your body and allow yourself to write. Don&#8217;t read back what you are writing. Just allow a continuous flow. You can even write, &#8220;I don&#8217;t know why I&#8217;m writing&#8221; over and over again until the words and thoughts start to flow onto your page. When you are done, go have a cleansing bath or shower, do not re-read your letter yet. After your shower feed yourself some healthy nourishing food and drink a glass of water. This shows your body you love it and appreciate the sharing it has done with you today.</p><p>After you have cleansed and fed your body, sit back down with your candle and read, out loud, what your sub-conscious mind has released onto the pages. You may be very surprised to find things there you didn&#8217;t even realize you had written!</p><p>Finding the root of our dis-ease is powerful. Once you know the &#8216;why&#8217; behind it, you can better work with yourself to overcome it. Be gentle with yourself, as blaming yourself for your dis-ease is just creating a negative cycle in itself. While this normally happens after age 40 there are about 5% of women who will experience premature menopause before the age of 40 idiopathically.  This means that there is no medical reason that physicians can find for the woman to have entered menopause.</p><p>There are other medical conditions that may cause a woman to enter <a

When the muscles are warmed gradually they also use oxygen more efficiently which means you don&#8217;t get out of breath easily.  A fitness warm up will also improve your coordination and help to decrease any abnormal heart beats that can be brought on by sudden exercise.</p><p>Your fitness warm up can be just a slower version of the same activity you&#8217;ll be doing.  So, for instance, you may be going running but will start with a  mile jog around the block before beginning your training.  Or if you are going to spend the time biking you can warm up biking for 2 miles at an easy pace.</p><p>If you are <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/FitDeckFitnessCards" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/FitDeckFitnessCards';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">weight training</a> or strength training then your fitness warm up would be best performed on a stationary bike or treadmill.  Warm up at a pace that gets your heart beating at 50 to 60 percent of maximum.  At this rate your breathing will be harder than normal but not as hard as if you were actually jogging for exercise.</p><p>If you don&#8217;t know what 50% of your maximum heart rate is you can use this simple formula.  Take your age and subtract it from 220.  That number is your maximum heart rate. If you want to reach 50% then multiply the number by 0.5.</p><p>For instance if you are 40 years old you would use this formula:  220-40=180  and then 180 X .5 = 90.  90 beats per minute is your target rate if your are wanting 50% of max.</p><p>There are fitness warm up exercises that you can use at home with just a pillow and your body.</p><p>The lunge:  This is done by standing straight with your feet together.  Step forward with your left leg and sinking until your thigh is parallel with the floor.  Keep your weight on your heel and your knee over the ball of the foot to protect your knee.  Bring your right leg up to the left leg and repeat with your right leg.  You&#8217;ll essentially be lunging across the floor.  You can modify this by carrying a pillow at chest height and as you are in mid lunge with your right foot forward you can rotate left, hold for a second or two and come back to the center before raising back up.  This will warm up your legs and build balance and coordination.</p><p>Be The Stork.  During this move you stand with your feet together, extend your arms out to shoulder height, palms up.  Raise your left knee, keeping hips level.  Hold this for 10  15 seconds.  Now with the knee still bent bend forward extending your left leg behind you and your arms out in front as if you are flying.  Hold this for 10 15 seconds and return to starting position.  Switch your legs and repeat.  This will build strength, coordination and balance.</p><p>Twist  lying face down on the floor with legs straight and arms extended outwards palms down.  Bend the left knee and rotate the hip and leg up and over the back until the foot touches the floor on the right side.  Keep your upper body on the floor  don&#8217;t arch.  Hold for 1 2 seconds.  Repeat on the other side.  This will build core strength, stability and stretch.</p><p>Your fitness warm up is an important piece to your exercise routine.  It will reduce the probability of injury, and improve your results.</p><p><strong><span

Serves 2
Ingredients:
6 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
4 oz rice noodles
6 mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 tbsp frozen peas
4 green onions, finely sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Instructions:
Add the chicken stock into a saucepan, together with the chicken, garlic and ginger. Bring stock to a boil, then quickly reduce temperature and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the stock and cut into chunks. Then return the chicken pieces to the saucepan and add the peas, mushrooms, green onions and noodles. Stir in the soy sauce and simmer until the noodles are soft.
Sprinkle with basil leaves and enjoy immediately.

Beneath these bones are disks.</p><p>In addition, intricate tissues that connect the bones lay beneath the lumbar giving us support, since it surrounds various parts of the body and organs that consist chiefly of collagen and elastic. The connective tissues also support reticular fibers, cartilages, fatty tissues, etc. The connective tissues however do not have <a

The spinal columns loosely fit between the surfaces of joining parts. In summary, four surfaces join slackly to corresponding spinal columns.</p><p>The two columns will move smoothly, sliding transversely over the other surface. You can notice these vertebras in action while considering arch aerobics, or similar movements. The lumbar joins with spines at the curvature of the back.</p><p>Now, these areas of the spine allow us to twist, turn, move from one side to the other, and bend back or forward. The ribs do not underpin these areas, since it is higher than the lumber. href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Seizures" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Seizures';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">epilepsy</a>.  The first one is a very careful and thorough medical history where they will ascertain as much information as possible about what the seizure looked like and what happened just before the seizure happened.  Your physician will also want to know any other past medical history that would be pertinent to determining if this is an isolated incident or the initial stages of epilepsy.</p><p>Following a medical history the doctor will also perform a thorough physical examination, especially of the <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/NervousStystem" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/NervousStystem';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">nervous system</a>.  This will involve several different neurological tests that can be accomplished in the physician&#8217;s office as well as testing that must be done in a laboratory.  The doctor may also want an analysis of blood and other bodily fluids looking for reasons of the seizure activities such as poisons or subclinical <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Infection" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Infection';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">infections</a>.</p><p>If an obvious answer to the seizure activity is not found immediately the physician will order two separate sets of tests.  The first will be computerized tomography or C. T. or a magnetic <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/BioSonics" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/BioSonics';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">resonance</a> imaging scan which are used to look for any growths, scars or structural changes or differences in the brain that may be responsible for the seizure activity.</p><p>The second test will be an EEG or electroencephalograph which is a machine that records brain wave activity.  Tiny wires are attached to an individual&#8217;s head and the electrical signals which come from the brain cells are recorded as wavy lines by a machine.  These brain waves changed drastically right before and during seizure activity.  In some instances individuals may also have brain wave activity which is different between seizures as well.</p><p>The EEG is the most important clinical tool used by the physician in evaluating patients who have suspected seizure activity.  This influential tool provides a record of ongoing electrical activity and will easily show excessive discharge or excessive electrical activity in the brain that are unique to particular forms of epilepsy.</p><p>The EEG recordings are made while a patient is awake with the eyes open and with the eyes closed.  If during this EEG abnormal readings are not recorded and the physician still believes that <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Seizures" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Seizures';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">seizure</a> activity is the probable cause for the behavior of the individual, then an EEG will be ordered over a 24-hour period of time.  This EEG monitoring is portable and patients are allowed to go home attached to the monitor operating under their own normal daily activities.</p><p>During this EEG monitoring doctors will be looking for brain wave activity that is common for the different and specific types of seizure activity that has been recorded in the past.  This includes general convulsions as well as olefactory and visual auras.</p><p>At least 50 percent of people who have seizure activity will have idiopathic epilepsy meaning that no underlying causes for the activity can be found.  Although finding a cause is significant in determining whether or not a cure is possible it is also important to understand the specific type of brain wave activity that happens with the <a

Older children and adults who have high functioning autism may have some oddities in their behavior and may have difficulty making friends but will be able to live independently and be employed.</p><p>As a baby there are several things that parents can watch for that may indicate a problem in the upcoming months.  These behaviors include responding to their name.  In later years videotaped studies show that children with autism may respond to their name only 20% of the time.  However, at an early age not responding to their name or selective response to sounds can also indicate a hearing deficit.</p><p>Another criteria may be imitation of others behaviors and facial expressions.  As an infant as young as 8 to 10 months babies will imitate clapping, facial expression and laughing with their mother and caregiver.  It is the basis of many of the infant games such as peek-a-boo and patty-cake.  Children who are <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Autism" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Autism';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">autistic</a> will respond less to imitation than other children.</p><p>Does the baby respond socially to others?  At an early age children will begin to smile and respond to others.  When a typically developing infant sees another baby cry they may begin to cry themselves or look concerned.  A somewhat older infant may crawl nearer to the individual who is distressed and pat them.  Researchers and families note that these behaviors aren’t evident in children with <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/AutismInfo" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='autism';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">autism</a>.  They seem to be unaware of the feelings and emotions of others.</p><p>A typically developing infant will attempt to engage their caregiver in joint attention activities such as pointing at objects or ‘showing’ them a toy.  This joint activity usually begins around age 1.  Watching the caregiver and baby an onlooker may notice that the baby watches the caregiver and then watches what the caregiver is watching.  This isn’t the case in children who have autism.  These children seem unaware of the involvement of their caregiver in their environment.  They don’t often show a toy to their parents.</p><p>Other possible differences in activities include the baby doesn’t have meaningful gestures by the time they are one, they don’t speak at all by 16 months, they lose social or language skills, have poor eye contact with caregivers, don’t seem to know how to play with toys, are attached to one toy or object and doesn’t smile.  At times these children appear to be hearing impaired because they exhibit selective hearing.</p><p>The road to a diagnosis can be difficult and time consuming.  According to the American Academy of Neurology it can be 2 to 3 years after parents notice the first symptoms before an official diagnosis is made.  This is, in large part, because of the concern of labeling a child.</p><p>However, early intervention can also improve the outcome of the children who have autism.  This means that parents and physicians walk a tight line between labeling a child who may not be <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/recommends/AutismInfo" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='autistic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">autistic</a> and developing a treatment protocol that can help reverse some of the behaviors that have a negative impact on the child’s life.</p><p>Parents who believe that their child may have autism, or a similar disorder, should not wait to have a diagnosis delay potential treatment.  Treatments that involve physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy at an early age will not impede the progress of a typical infant and will only help the progress of an infant with autism.  Getting those therapies paid for by insurance companies only means a diagnosis of developmental delay without the label of autism.</p><p>It’s important for parents to continue to seek out a medical diagnosis that satisfies their questions and gives them the treatment recommendations needed to move forward. Foods that have less than 70% cant use the seal or the word organic on the label.</p><p>Nutritional health information about organic foods dont have conclusive research that shows the food is more nutritious than conventionally grown food.  But the difference lies not in the amount of nutrition but in the pesticides that are left on the products.</p><p>Research has shown that pesticides have an adverse effect on our bodies over time.  Some of these pesticides, in the right amounts, cause cancer and immune diseases such as lupus, <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Arthritis" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Arthritis';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">arthritis</a>, and <a

When farmers spray the pesticides on the produce it can, and often does, leave a residue on the product.  Some fruits, when sprayed early in their growth, may also incorporate some of the pesticide into the fruit itself.</p><p>Many experts agree that the amount of pesticides on the food pose a small health risk to the consumer.  How small that risk is to you is a personal decision.  When you or your family members are diagnosed with a chronic illness doctors cant often pinpoint an exact cause.  Is the cause the pesticides from your produce and processed foods?  You&#8217;ll never really have the answer.</p><p>Scientists do agree that 80% of the pesticides in use today cause cancer and the chemicals are found in the milk of nursing mothers.  People today are beginning to accumulate pesticides in their bodies in infancy!</p><p>Organically grown produce is also usually more costly.  This is because the organic farmers dont use herbicides and pesticides to control their crops but instead use mulch, hand weeding and other labor-intensive methods.  Their crops cost more to produce and they usually have a lower yield.</p><p>Most experts agree that the health information about organic foods is relatively equal to the foods that are conventionally grown.  There have been some studies that foods grown organically have higher levels of folate but there haven&#8217;t been enough studies at the chemical level to concretely state that organic foods all are more nutritious.</p><p>The deciding factor for most people is the ingestion of pesticides that linger on the skin of the fruit.  If you chose to eat conventionally grown fruit, always wash and sometimes peel the outside skin.  Even for organically grown fruit and vegetables it is wise to wash because the farmer in the next field over could have been spraying pesticides that inadvertently entered the organic farmers crops.</p><p>When you are buying organic foods don&#8217;t confuse the terminology on the labels.  All Natural does NOT mean organically grown.  Look for the USDA Organic label.  Buy your fruits and vegetables in season to get the best quality taste and nutrition from your purchase.</p><p>Health information about organic foods can be confusing. Designating and designing your sacred space for meditation is fun and rewarding. Dont get hung up on thinking that you need any pricey or exotic items. You may choose to decorate this area with whatever things you find relaxing and comforting. Many people are fond of creating a small alter space to hold candles and incense. A comfortable mat or blanket for sitting on is also widely used. It is more important that an area be set aside for meditation than how it is decorated or what items you use to make the space sacred. The space is sacred to you; it is your personal choice in how the area is created.</p><p>You may find that you do not have an appropriate place within your home for meditation. In this case it is perfectly acceptable to move your mediation routine outdoors. Designate a bag or sack for carrying your meditation supplies. Again it is more important to make the designation than the bag itself. In other words, the mental connection to the item is more impotent than the item. Saying this bag is my meditation bag, or this mat is my meditation surface, etc., the act of making the designation is what matters most.</p><p>A yoga mat or camping mat can be purchased quite easily. Most of these mats roll up and are convenient for travel and outdoor usage. Incense, candles, cushions and other supplies can easily be stored in a bag or other container to use when needed.</p><p>Creating a sacred space is a completely personal endeavor, it does not matter what decorations or items are used, it does not matter if there are any decorations at all. It matters only that you set aside a space for meditation; it can be an empty room, a few square feet of your home or back yard. This evidence can present as a height loss of more than 1.5 inches, and low-impact fractures of the hip wrist or spine.</p><p>If the patient does have evidence than the physician may consider measurement of bone mass density for monitoring as well is screening for secondary illnesses is they are not postmenopausal women.  This means that when osteoporosis presents an individual who is not a postmenopausal woman, the majority of osteoporosis diagnoses, then the physician will also find it necessary to discover the underlying reason for the diagnosis of <a

Before hormone replacement therapy was found to produce negative results with breast cancer physicians found that the estrogen protected a woman&#8217;s bones and she would not require further testing or monitoring until she stopped taking the estrogen.</p><p>Patients can be started on one of the bisphosphonates, a class of medication that decreases bone loss.  If they are in tolerant to the oral medications there are injectable forms and nasal sprays which can continue to offer the same benefits.  While these medications are able to assist in individual and building more bone mass the particular bone mass built is not always of the same micro-structure as that of normal bone and may be weaker than normal bone.</p><p>When in bone mass density breeding is completed and the risk is deemed to be low than the physician will recommend monitoring the individual every two to three years to keep an eye on the situation.  Individuals who are monitored will also find recommendations from their physician to improve their nutritional intake of calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K two and magnesium.  As well as these particular vitamins and minerals it will also be recommended that they <a

Ingredients:
2 lb cooked and cubed chicken
1 (10oz) bag frozen broccoli pieces (or fresh)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup fat-reduced sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp curry powder
Handful of grated cheese of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350Fahrenheit.
Cook the broccoli until almost tender. Drain and set aside.
In the meantime, combine the mushroom soup and chicken soup with the lemon juice, parsley, curry powder and season well.
Layer the broccoli and chicken in a casserole dish. Top with the soup mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until piping hot.
Serve immediately with a bowl of spaghetti.

In other words, when the diabetic allows their <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Diabetes" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Diabetes';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">blood sugar</a> to get out of control frequently they are at a much higher risk of developing this complication.  Keeping the <a

href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/BloodVessels" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/BloodVessels';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">blood vessels</a>.</p><p>Another factor, over which there is no control, is the length of time that diabetic suffers from the condition.  The longer the diabetes exists in the body the more at risk the individual is.  The highest rate of individuals with <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Neuritis" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Neuritis';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">peripheral neuropathy</a> are those people who have had <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Diabetes" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/Diabetes';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">diabetes</a> for at least 25 years.  The corresponds to another factor – age.  The older the person the higher the risk.  Men also have a greater risk of developing the condition than women.</p><p>Some factors that are controllable are smoking and <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/HighCholesterol" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/HighCholesterol';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">cholesterol levels</a>.  People with a high level of <a
href="http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/HighCholesterol" style="text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/about/HighCholesterol';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">LDL</a> cholesterol have a higher risk of damage and those who smoke also will find that wounds heal more slowly and the peripheral nerve integrity is damaged.</p><p>There is no known cure for diabetic foot problems except to treat the symptoms and help the individual to slow the progress of the damage.  Treatment protocols will focus on four main factors – slowing the progress, managing complications, restoring function and relieving pain.</p><p>Providing <a

Many times, they also have accompanying sounds when the intent is to resolve the feelings and usher in healing and wholeness. Emotions-energy in motion-are experienced and felt on a vibrational level in the body and need a receptive, sacred space to be expressed. The emotions themselves are not the cause of dis-ease. The suppression, denial and avoidance of what is being felt ,is what sets the stage for dis-ease and imbalance.</p><p>Sound, being a vibrational energy, has a key role in overall health as well. When the sound is allowed to vibrate in relation to the emotion that is felt, energy that was blocked is freed up in the physical and astral bodies. In practice, for example, when grief is felt and the energy that often wells up in the chest, throat and eyes is allowed to move, weeping or crying may be the sound expressed. The actual sounding of the grief is a healing process because the energy is not blocked or held back to later manifest, sometimes years later, as a respiratory ailment, <a

1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped mixed nuts
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Method:
Preheat the oven to moderate heat, about 375F.
Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking pan, cover the bottom with baking paper and lightly grease the paper.
Pour the melted butter into the pan and spread evenly. Arrange the biscuit crumbs, the chocolate bits, coconut and nuts in the pan and drizzle with condensed milk. Put the pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down in the pan before you attempt to cut it.
This cake will keep in the fridge for about a week.
