I have to admit, I’m impressed. Of course I’d heard about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), but when I’d read about it, it was this long, involved process of tapping about a dozen points, repeating a mantra, etc. And, frankly, it seemed kind of flighty to me.

Well, I found this video on YouTube and honestly, I ended up a believer. I did what he said – along with him, it took 15 seconds and he even showed how to do it so no one knows. It worked. My basement is flooded and my roof is leaking – it’s been one heck of a week and I could feel the stress – the ‘waiting for the other shoe to drop’ feeling in the pit of my stomach.

I did the technique and what a difference.
