I become concerned since I took fish oil 500mg once a day together with samarin and my SGPT liver enzyme not go down, 3 times the normal. Before i took samarin alone with the same dose, the SGPT going down to close to normal. So, I dare not take fish oil anymore cos fear it will make my fatty liver, non alcoholic type, get worse. But I really want to take actually the fish oil cos it will help clearer my vascular in the brain (I got ischemic in the brain).

still not get it.
