Oil Blend For When You Have a Cold2 drops lavender
2 drops rosemary
2 drops eucalyptus

Add the essential oils to 2 teaspoons milk or cream. Pour into a warm (not hot) bath and soak for 10-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can mix the lavender and ecualyptus with 2 drops of tea tree oil and use in a cold air diffuser in your room while resting or sleeping.
