Try this recipe for memory retention caused by poor circulation. Take the herbal capsule along with a multiple vitamin B complex tablet. Mix together in the food processor 1 tablespoon each of the following herbs:

* Butcher’s Broom
* Lecithin
* Apple Pectin
* Cayenne Pepper

Place in #00 capsules. Take 2 capsules morning and evening. For the first month, take a B complex tablet with the morning capsule. Thereafter, take 2 capsules daily and continue taking 1 tablet of the B complex vitamins daily.
