Athlete’s Foot Oil Blend

* 3 d. lavender oil
* 2 d. tea tree oil: in 4 oz. of hot water.

Soak foot in water for at least 15 minutes. Eucalyptus oil may be substituted for tea tree oil.

* 2 drops Patchouli
* 2 drops Niaouli
* 2 drops Lavender (Tasmanian)

Blend and dust on feet every morning.

Essential Oil Blend For Athlete’s Foot or Ringworm

* 1 drop lavender
* 2 drops tea tree

Add 1 drop lavender and 2 drops tea tree oil to 1 teaspoon of any plain base/carrier oil. Stir gently to mix and apply with cotton swab at least once daily.
