Dilute 3 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil in a teaspoon of alcohol. Blend together well and apply to the area three times-over one day should suffice.

Use instead of antiseptic ointment, this is far superior!

* 2 ounces Beeswax
* 3 ounces Sweet Almond Oil
* 1 ounce Jojoba Oil
* 20 drops Wheatgerm Oil
* 20 drops Myrrh Essential Oil
* 20 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

(Makes enough to fill 4 each 1 ounce salve jars or 1 ounce metal tins )

A rule of thumb is 2 parts oil to one part beeswax. Simply heat the Sweet Almond and Jojoba oil in a saucepan and add Beeswax.

* comfrey – oil infusion or cream massaged into affected area

* thyme – 5 drops of oil in bath or diluted oil used as a compress

Place 1 ounce of the buds in 1 pint of hot olive oil and allow to simmer, covered, 3 hours. Strain and add 1 and a half ounces of beeswax and a half Tsp of tincture of benzion to the strained mixture.

Test for consistency and place in sterile jar. This is a good salve to use on burns, scratches, and swelling injuries.

Add about 1 pound of chickweed to 1 pint of olive oil. Heat for 3 hours in an oven set at 150 degrees. Strain and add 1 and a half ounces of melted beeswax to the mixture. Stir mixture while it is cooling, as it will thicken. Place in a wide mouth jar and label. Great for healing cuts, burns, and abrasions.
