Soothing relief…
We might not think of the anal area as a place where circulation is important, but skin, veins and capillaries in the tissues surrounding the anal opening need a healthy supply of oxygen-rich blood as much as our other body structures do.
The skin surrounding the anus is particularly sensitive and can become irritated at the slightest provocation. This can then make the simple task of sitting on a hard surface or the more difficult task of passing hardened stool extremely uncomfortable.
Circulatory problems in the anal area, both internal and external, are compounded by our sedentary lifestyles as well as digestive conditions related to an unhealthy diet, lack of dietary fiber and insufficient water on a daily basis. This can lead to straining and pressure on the anal area when passing a stool – thus placing stress on the blood vessels in the area.
The natural way
Following a healthy diet can go a long way to prevent constipation, encourage soft, regular stools and to support skin and blood vessel health in the most vulnerable places.

Who hasn’t bolted upright in the night, awakened by a sudden and terrible burning sensation in the pit of their stomach? Whether you indulged in some overly spicy chili, or overdid it on those late-night leftovers, these quick heartburn remedies will soothe your fiery stomach and help you get back to sleep!
1. The first thing you’ll want to do when you’re awakened by heartburn pain, is to stand up. This helps keep the acid at bay while you go and get a full glass of cool water.
2. Drink the whole glass of water, and follow it with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and half a glass of water. Be careful though, if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant, this can cause water retention or increase your blood pressure.
3. DON’T drink milk or suck on mints to relieve heartburn. Milk might feel nice and cool going down, but it actually contains fats and proteins that cause your stomach to secrete MORE acid and make your heartburn worse! Mints, while they may feel soothing, actually relax the small valve between your esophagus and stomach, whose purpose it is to actually KEEP acid at bay! When this valve is relaxed, more acid can seep up and aggravate heartburn symptoms!

A common misconception about hemorrhoids medication is that it must be an external application to be effective. It seems logical that since hemorrhoids protrude from the skin, applying a gel directly to the hemorrhoids would be the fastest and best solution. The problem with these medications, however, is that they only provide temporary relief and almost never cure the most severe cases.
In fact, some studies suggest that simple gels such as petroleum jelly or aloe can sometimes ease the pain of hemorrhoids and reduce swelling almost as well as chemical over-the-counter drugs. This is not to say that petroleum jelly is a viable alternative, because it will accomplish very little. These studies simply illustrate that the medications frequently advertised on television are simply not effective!
Hemorrhoids are a serious problem, and we at Venapro believe that you deserve a medication that both relieves pain now and prevents hemorrhoids from reemerging. Made from vitamin E, zinc, and herbs that have scientifically-proven health benefits, including L-arginine hydrochloride, horse chestnut, and bilberry, Venapro works from the inside out, similar to dermatological pills that improve bad skin.

Many things can cause a bout of constipation. Worry, stress, anxiety, medications, injury and dehydration are just a few causes of the problem. Bowel movements are infrequent and often incomplete and the stools become hardened and difficult to pass.
It is an uncomfortable feeling that may happen occasionally or be a medical condition that is chronic. Many patients who suffer from constipation will often suffer from hemorrhoids too because of the difficulty in passing the hard stools.
There are a few good home remedies to help with this problem. Most have to do with the fiber in your diet. A good, healthy balanced diet with plenty of fiber and whole grains will help with constipation problems.
Dehydration is a contributing factor to constipation so it is especially important to drink the required amount of water your body needs every day. If you don’t like the taste of water, there are many ways to flavor it, or flavored water can be found in grocery or drugstores.Â
Eating a portion of potatoes every day is said to prevent constipation worries. You also may try a half-cup of sunflower seeds daily too. Again, this gives you the fiber that helps your digestive system. Cooked red beets, bran and oatmeal are good natural cures. Or, eat a banana every day. Honey is another good home remedy for constipation.Â

Irritable bowel syndrome, also called spastic colon, is a very common bowel disorder in the United States and indeed in most of western society. In fact up to 50% of visits to gastroenterologists are because of irritable bowel syndrome. There are different types all with different symptoms and none of them are pleasant. One type includes excessive abdominal pain and cramping. Another is signified by constipation. Still another common IBS or spastic colon ailment includes vomiting, diarrhea, fever or even combinations of all of the above. In addition water retention and bloating are common. Also changes in bowel habits.
No one likes having irritable bowel syndrome. Many people do realize that most of the pain is taken away through a bowel movement. This seems quite natural since the human body really needs to have two or three good, healthy bowel movements per day, and through these bowel movements fecal matter is discharged that may have built up on the walls and lining of the colon. If you give it some thought, it makes senses that too much retailed fecal matter would make a person feel under the weather. That is nasty stuff our bodies want to get rid of. Fecal matter contains a great deal of bacteria, and old fecal matter contains bacteria that has grown and multiplied, and that is not good for the colon or the rest of the body.

We live in a stressful world. Stress at work, at school, over politics or social activities or family matters can all take their toll on an individual. Stress can have a negative effect on the body and stress can be made even worse by a condition known as IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome can cause diarrhea in many people, and constipation in others.
It can lead to gastritis, or gas retention in the colon. It can also lead to water retention and bloating, headaches and general discomfort. For many people the worst part of irritable bowel syndrome are the cramping and the abdominal pain that can be associated with it. Relieving irritable bowel syndrome, both symptoms and cause can go a long way towards relieving stress.
The colon is a very large, complicated organ that connects to many other organs in the body through nerves. If the colon is in poor health this can affect all of the other vital organs in the body as well. If the colon is cleansed it can have a positive effect on the other organs and can relieve irritable bowel syndrome.

The inflammation, pain, flatulence, and discomfort of this condition are effectively eased by using the essential oils, but nutritional habits must be examined to ensure there is no recurrence of the problems.
Rub the following oil over the abdomen twice a day:
* Peppermint 2 drops
* Chamomile 1 drop
* Rosemary 3 drops
* Clove 1 drop
Dilute the above mixture in 1 teaspoon of Massage Oil
Also, mix 1 drop of peppermint with a teaspoon of honey and dilute in a cup of hot water. Sip slowly.

Jim Peterson was a natural born athlete. He played baseball, basketball, football and other sports in the proper season. Being outside and competitive, and part of a winning team was important to Jim. He loved sports, and when he started to suffer from irritable bowel syndrome he was afraid he might be sidelined for the big game. Jim’s spirit was willing, but it seemed that every time he tried to play he would suffer from abdominal cramps. Jim could tell he was bloated and retaining water, and the diarrhea he was suffering from wasn’t just irritating, it was downright embarrassing.
In fact, during one baseball game Jim had to excuse himself when it was his turn to bat. The diarrhea was kicking in, and he was afraid of the potential results. Jim’s love of sports was being interfered with by his irritable bowel syndrome, in addition to the personal pain and inconvenience and he felt that he had to do something to solve the problem.

It is estimated that nearly half of Americans with gallstones do not have any symptoms. Symptoms of gallstones are often misleading but may include constipation, upset stomach, fatigue, hepatitis, and even diabetes. The symptoms can be so varied that gallstones are rarely thought of to be the culprit. Removal of your gallbladder does not exclude you from having gallstones either. They can still form in your bile ducts.
What Are Gallstones?
Gallstones are not truly stones. For one thing they float. The majority of gallstones are roughly 92-94% cholesterol, which is an oil.
Supplies:
* Fresh organic apple juice ~ 1 gallon
* 1 pint (2-cups) cold pressed olive oil (DO NOT use heat processed)
* Organic lemons – enough to make 1 cup of fresh juice
Optional Supplies:
* Netting or colander large enough to fit underneath toilet seat
* Rubber or disposable gloves
* Pitcher of water
* Glass jar
* Pineapple juice
The Cleanse
Prepare for your cleanse by drinking all the fresh apple juice you desire for 1 day. The more juice the better, but only drink juice and water. No food. At 6:30 p.m. stop drinking.
