1) Make an infusion of 1 ounce each of fresh or dried rosemary and sage in 2 cups of water. Let steep for 24 hours, then use daily as a hair rinse.

2) Boil 5 heaping Tbsp dried thyme in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Strain and cool. Pour 1/2 mixture over clean, damp hair. Massage into scalp, do not rinse. Use second half of solution another day.

* 2 fresh egg yolks
* 2 tsp gin

Beat egg yolks until well beaten, then add gin. Beat again until the mixture foams. Massage well into your scalp and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Very good for oily skin!

* 2 tbsp. cornmeal
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* 2 tbsp. plain yogurt or buttermilk

Place cornmeal in bowl. Mix lemon juice and yogurt or buttermilk to make a paste. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Gently massage paste into face for 5 minutes. Avoid eye area. Rinse well with warm water. Pat dry. Tone. Moisturize.

Pour 1 cup hot water over 1/2 cup rose petals and let them sit until they wilt (approximately 10 minutes). In a blender, combine 1 peeled and chopped banana, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp almond oil. Slowly add the rose mix and blend into a cream.

Apply to hair and leave on for 20-30 minutes (put on a shower cap to avoid drips), then rinse well.

* 1 fresh lemon
* 2 cups water
* 1 oz. rubbing alcohol

Chop lemon in chunks and place in a pot with water. Boil until half of the initial amount remains. Cool, strain, and place in a spray bottle. Store in the refrigerator. If it is too sticky, add more water. Add one ounce rubbing alcohol as a preservative. Can be stored for up to two weeks unrefrigerated.
