Here is another variation on bath salts.
* 1 cup Buttermilk Powder
* 1 cup Sea Salt
* Add up to 24 drops of essential oils.
Blend well, keep in a sealed jar. Use 1/2 cup per bath. This makes enough for 4 baths.

Add to a nice warm bath. Also add 1 to 2 cups Epsom salts to the tub while filling. This will help to relieve tense muscle and make you feel even more relaxed.

* Strawberry leaves
Infuse fresh sprigs of each of the above ingredients into 2 quarts of
boiling water for five minutes. Strain, then add the scented water to

Soak away your worries with this refreshing mineral bath.
Mix together 1/2 cup epsom salts, 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Add 7 drops of Lavender essential oil and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the bath under running water. Make sure the salts are completely dissolved and that the oils are evenly dispersed.
Suggested variations:
You can make an even more relaxing bath by adding Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood or Patchouli.

* 10 Drops Neroli essential oil
* 5 Drops Chamomile essential oil
* 6 Fl. Oz. Unscented baby bath liquid

A warming Winter Bath - great to share before climbing into bed with your partner!
* Sandalwood- 4 drops
* Myrrh - 4 drops
