My blood pressure is running around 95/72 is this normal.Top number ranges 90-110 bottom 70-80.Seems odd that the numbers are so close in range.

We Recommend:

High-Rite is a natural, safe, effective and powerful herbal formula for hypertension and blood pressure control. High-Rite helps to balance and regulate blood pressure; address some of the contributory factors causing high blood pressure. While some of the ingredients in High-Rite specifically target blood vessels which have become constricted, others improve the heart’s ability to pump blood effectively, while also treating and preventing plaque build up in the arteries. High-Rite also helps to reduce stress and boost the body’s ability to fight illness. Formulated by a clinical psychologist, High-Rite is pharmaceutically manufactured to the highest standards.

the lower number is the one you need to worry about. as long as your blood pressure desn’t reach 140/80 you are okay. 95/72 seems to be a little low. I would see a adoctor and ask what your blood pressure should be

Don’t worry about your blood pressure, the ranges are very good. Nothing is odd about it, your pressure is doing what it’s suppose to do.

If you are using a home pressure wrist gauge, check the batteries. That does not seem like a valid reading.

These are healthy values. No need to worry at all. Note that blood pressure often varies considerably between measurements.
