For panic and anxiety, the aromatherapy specific is Neroli oil… steam distilled from the blossom of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium). Another oil to partner with it would be Vetiver (Vetivera zizanoides)… very grounding, to help one stay present.
This is the combination/blend that I’ve found most helpful over the years.
