Banana Strawberry Yogurt Pops
Yields 6
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
1 banana
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
cup skim milk
1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into the popsicle moulds and freeze until firm.
This makes a delicious and healthy summertime treat!
