Aromatherapy Help for Diarrhea
Drink large quantities of water. Diarrhea is usually caused by food, nerves or
viral infections. Follow the same treatment for each but use the oils which are appropriate to your particular condition. Massage the following combinations over the whole abdomen area.
FOOD RELATED:
* 2 drops Chamomile oil
* 3 drops Peppermint oil
* 1 drops Eucalyptus oil
* diluted in 1 teaspoon base oil
NERVES RELATED:
* 1 drop Chamomile oil
* 2 drops Eucalyptus oil
* 3 drops Lavender oil
* diluted in 1 teaspoon base oil
*VIRAL INFECTION RELATED*
* 3 drops Thyme oil
* 2 drops Lavender oil
* 1 drop Tea Tree oil
* diluted in 1 teaspoon base oil
Make a drink by adding 1 drop of Peppermint oil for food and nerve related conditions; or 1 drop of Eucalyptus oil; for viral related conditions; to 1 teaspoon of Honey and diluting it in a glass of warm water. Sip slowly.
