Unconscious: untie any tight clothing and raise the legs higher than the head. Hold the open bottle of oil under the person’s nose: use Lavender, Rosemary or Peppermint.

When consciousness is regained, give the person a drink made by adding one drop of Lemon essential oil to a teaspoon of Honey and dissolving it in a cup of hot water.

This should be sipped slowly. Also, put 2 drops of any of the oils listed above onto a tissue to be inhaled.

*FAINTING FROM EXHAUSTION OR FATIGUE*

Treat as above, followed as soon as possible by a warm bath to which you add the following:

* 2 drops Chamomile oil
* 1 drop Lavender oil
* 1 drop Geranium oil

Bed rest should follow immediately.

    I would like to just add the STRONG advice that bathing when faint has caused deaths! If you really insist on doing so the bath should be cool even moderate vasodilation (from raised temperature) can lower blood pressure and increase the chance or fainting again… in the bath!
