Those are all great uses, I think people forget that you can use essential oils in a diffuser and create energy, kill bacteria, and make a great aroma in the air. I especially like Lemon essential oil for all those reasons listed above.

I first came to essential oils through candle making and was surprised how much uses they have. Many of the health benefits listed above I have heard about and indeed used in particular number 50 for headaches. The application for Peppermint oil to prevent mice in number 15 is a new one on me I do hope I will never need to use it.
