What is Insomnia and is it a sleeping disorder? To answer these questions you need to know what a sleeping disorder is and what does it mean when someone has Insomnia.
When someone is said to have Insomnia they have a condition in which they are having difficulty either falling asleep or staying asleep. Individuals with insomnia may fall asleep quickly, but then wake up too soon and have trouble getting back to sleep. Others with insomnia can’t fall asleep. Either way, they have poor-quality sleep that leaves them feeling unrefreshed, and unable to function properly because they do not feel alert during the day.
There are two types of insomnia including the most common type which is secondary insomnia. Secondary insomnia is when the insomnia is actually a symptom of or a side-effect from another medical problem. There are certain illness in which insomnia could be a side-effect such as heart and lung diseases. Some individuals will experience insomnia when they have pain, anxiety or suffer from depression.

Boils can be painful and are caused by problems in the gastrointestinal system. A bacteria found there enters the bloodstream and causes a skin infection that turns into a boil. The infection blocks a hair follicle or oil gland and usually appears suddenly.
It starts as a pink bump that swells and fills with pus. It continues to grow larger and fills with pus until it finally develops the white tip and then drains. The boil may remain small but some can develop into a golf ball size sore before it finally ruptures and drains.
A small boil will not usually cause scarring, but larger ones can. Too much processed or natural sugar may be the cause of some boils.

Question: from Brad
Warren - I took a product for several months to clear my arteries of plaque. I have stable Angina and 30% build up in the left anterior descending artery.
The product is called Angioprim. The testimonials at the angioprim website are very persuasive and genuine. That’s why I decided to give it a try.
It did not cure my Angina and I have not gone through additional tests to see if the plaque was reduced in my arteries, so the effectiveness of angioprim for me is inconclusive as far as cleaning out my arteries.
But, one interesting result happened that I was very pleased about. My gums for the last 15 years have been slowing receding. After taking angioprim for a couple of months, they began growing back, and continued to grow back layer upon layer. My gums are healthy once again!!

Warts can appear on any part of the body including the genital area. They are found most often on the hands or feet. They appear as rough patches of skin and have dark borders. They are common in the general population affecting 75 percent at some point in their lifetime. Men and women are both affected equally and people of all ages are equally susceptible. They can appear singly or as a cluster.
Warts are caused by the human papillomavirus. Most warts appear ugly but are usually not painful or serious. Since they appear on the hands and feet most often, they are unsightly and warts can be spread. It is important to avoid touching the warts with your hands then touching other parts of your body. Sharing clothes, towels, or other articles used by the affected person can spread them to other people.

Psoriasis is a disorder of the skin that affects over 6 million people in the United States alone. Research has not definitively established what exactly causes Psoriasis, but recent studies have indicated that it may be an immune mediated disorder. Psoriasis occurs when the body generates too many skin cells and may change from one type to another within a matter of days.
It may improve, flare up, and even go into remission only to return at a later date. When alternative treatments are used in conjunction with other treatments the patient is given a feeling of control over the negative mental aspects associated with psoriasis.Â
The success rates of alternative psoriasis treatments are difficult to measure due to conclusive test results not being readily available. Psoriasis has long been one of the most difficult skin conditions for researchers to cure. Many alternative treatment options available may not work and may play on the need of the patient only as a means to make money.

Diet is extremely important to Skin Care. Housewives, as well as those working in the business world, often fall into the trap of skipping lunch or relying on snacks or `processed` sandwiches. Much easier to prepare, and much healthier, would be a hard-boiled egg and a tomato, a piece of cheese and an apple, or a mug of milk and a piece of fruit.
Do not forget to drink plenty of water, it is not fattening and it helps to flush out and clear the system. Many women like to begin the day with a little freshly squeezed or bottled but unsweetened Lemon juice. Some beauty therapists suggest adding to this a spoonful of honey if you are spotty; others suggest drinking no less than eight glasses of water per day between meals.

A Sleep Disorder that is characterized by rhythmic movements of your legs and sometimes your arms during sleep is called Periodic Limb Movement disorder (PLMD). PLMD is also known as Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).
It is not known what causes PLMD to occur but research has shown that those who have certain medical problems including Parkinson’s disease may be prone to PLMD. Those with narcolepsy commonly have PLMD.
The symptoms of PLMD are unusual leg or arm movements during sleep. Sometimes the individual with PLMD wakes up partially or fully but usually they do not wake and their bed partner has to tell them about the fact that they are kicking in their sleep.
The diagnosis can be made by the history given by the bed partner, or by an over-night study called an overnight polysomnogram, which is a test that records sleep, and bioelectrical signals that come from the body while the individual is asleep. A doctor may order blood tests to assess the level of iron, folic acid, Vitamin B12, thyroid function, and magnesium.

All measures by volume (measuring cup).
Phase A:
32 oz. white vinegar
32 oz. baking soda
64 oz. distilled or purified water
Phase B: (optional)
1/2 oz. essential oil.
(I use either Eucalyptus or Lavender, to go with the laundry powder.)
Mix the baking soda into the vinegar over a sink or other contained area, in a large glass or plastic jar. The two materials, when mixed together, will cause a “fizzing” reaction. Add water and essential oil
and stir again.
As gifts, dispense into plastic bottles and label with the following directions:
Use 1/4 cup per load. Add in rinse cycle and Enjoy!

Homeopathic remedy temporarily increases Iron Absorption to avoid Iron Deficiency
Feed your blood for Iron Absorption
Iron is an essential mineral and an important component of Proteins involved in oxygen transport and metabolism in the body. Hemoglobin is the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to the body’s tissues, and hemoglobin contains almost two-thirds of the iron level in your body.
On the whole, healthy children, adult men, and post-Menopausal women lose very little iron except through loss of blood, and thus have normal iron levels and normal hemoglobin levels. However, some women (due to monthly periods) can become deficient in iron.
Iron Absorption refers to the amount of dietary iron that the body obtains from food. Healthy adults absorb about 15% of the iron in their diet, but actual absorption is influenced by the body’s iron stores, the type of iron in the diet, and by other dietary factors that either help or hinder iron absorption.
