As well as your body having to deal with Free Radicals, glycation and methylation it also has to fight against chronic inflammation! This is an ongoing battle which is being waged every second of the day.

If it is not controlled, inflammation will wreak havoc in your body. In fact, some scientists believe that chronic inflammation is the cause of most age related damage. This is because excessive inflammation causes toxic chemicals which eat away body tissues, thus leading to Heart Disease, Dementia, Arthritis and Diabetes just to mention a few.

As with the other three concerns… (Free Radicals, glycation and methylation), the cause of inflammation cannot be narrowed down to one thing only. All four issues are interrelated!

If Headaches are a regular problem, there are methods of preventing them.  Patients have reported success in natural, homeopathic products, relaxation techniques, and aromatherapy.

Compost is an organic substance that is added to the soil which functions more than just being a fertilizer. It is a mulch, a soil conditioner, and something that will help the soil give the best nutrients and minerals your plants need. With compost, the soil also is able to hold more water, which is also beneficial to your plants.

There are two main classifications of Stress - acute and chronic. Acute Stress is normal in modern life and can be caused due to any information or event that gives rise to unpleasant feelings.

Some stressors that cause acute but short-lived Stress are events such as being caught in a traffic jam, watching an unpleasant movie, deadline related work pressure or even the absence of work. Chronic stress caused due to a continued state of stress that refuses to go away.

Basically, stress is a matter of perception and therefore the manner in which one thinks about things and events is one of the biggest causes of stress. A stressor does not cause stress on its own. It is the manner in which it is perceived that causes the stress. It is thus impossible to conclusively predict accurately for all what the largest causes of stress may be.

The Tension headache is one that nearly all of us will experience at least one time.  That dull, achy feeling that hurts both sides of our head.  It also may involve tight feelings in the muscles in the neck and shoulders.

It begins slowly and gradually builds up and normally begins in the middle of the day.  That is when Tension and Stress begin to build up and take over your body.  This Tension, or Stress headache can be mild but occasionally be severe.
