Natural Remedies for Cystitis

If the discomfort of Cystitis (Bladder Infection) increases, or there is blood or pus when you urinate, see a doctor immediately.

Drink lots of water and Chamomile tea at the first signs of Cystitis.

Use one Garlic capsule as a suppository placed up the rectum.

Make an aromatic wash with 3 drops each of Bergamot and Tea Tree in 17 fl oz (500 ml) of boiled, cooled water. Use this frequently as a local wash, making sure that you swab the opening of the urethra.

Menstrual Cramps and Fluid Retention

To comfort the pain and discomfort of menstrual cramps, use repeated hot compresses of Marjoram and Clary Sage over the abdomen. As you lie back and rest, drink a cup of Chamomile tea. A warm aromatic bath with Lavender and Rose soothes and comforts before and during menstruation.

To ease Fluid Retention, which products a general bloated feeling and may include specific symptoms of tender breasts and a swollen abdomen, take warm aromatic baths with the following mixture: 3 drops each of Lavender and Clary Sage mixed into a little Evening Primrose oil.
